First off, thanks for your support! If you're sure you're subscribed, you probably need to link your Patreon account to our website. You can do this by logging in and clicking on the profile icon in the top right. Click on "Account", then switch to the "Linked Accounts" tab. Lastly, find the "Link Account" link for Patreon and click on it. You will be taken to a secure login page which will link your account to our website. You should receive your perks immediately after!

PlayTogether has a basic free tier which has access to all of our core services. You can choose to support us on Patreon in exchange for additional perks such as access to more games and server regions, but there are never any hidden costs to worry about. Though we may change this monetization structure in the future, we will always keep some aspects of our platform completely free and our pricing will always be fully transparent.
